1. Services

AvantaFlow provides a software platform for made-to-measure product businesses to automate their measurement, quoting, and production workflows. Access to the platform requires a subscription agreement.

2. Account Registration

To use our platform, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
Copy, modify, or distribute our software without authorization

4. Intellectual Property

The AvantaFlow platform, including all software, content, and documentation, is owned by Avantmind FZCO and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform in accordance with your subscription agreement.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the AvantaFlow platform. You grant us a license to use this data solely to provide and improve our services. We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed as specified in your subscription agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avantmind FZCO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may request a copy of your data within 30 days.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date.
